Ser capaz de avaliar a largura do seu carro é uma habilidade muito importante que os motoristas devem dominar. Caso contrário, incidentes hilários como esse podem ocorrer.

A seguinte confusão ocorreu recentemente na bela ilha grega de Santorini quando um turista alugou um Nissan Micra e partir para uma aventura. Infelizmente, essa aventura rapidamente azedou quando o motorista conseguiu prender o carro entre duas paredes em uma rua muito estreita.

Uma foto do Micra encalhado rapidamente ganhou força nas redes sociais e nos deixa com mais perguntas do que respostas. Qualquer pessoa com a cabeça aparafusada corretamente seria capaz de ver a 15 metros de distância que a lacuna entre essas duas paredes seria apertada até mesmo para o menor dos veículos, mas evidentemente o motorista não percebeu e continuou a dirigir até que eles não poderia ir mais longe.

Uma publicação local com o nome de Santorini Secrets relata que a locadora de veículos proprietária do veículo foi alertada sobre o incidente. Também parece que a pessoa atrás do volante abandonou o carro e saiu a pé, aparentemente tendo que sair pela porta traseira enquanto provavelmente se sentia mais do que um pouco envergonhado.

Obviamente, os lados o Nissan terá sofrido alguns arranhões profundos e feios, mas não é apenas o carro que foi danificado. As paredes brancas que ajudaram a tornar Santorini tão famosa também foram danificadas e podem precisar ser consertadas e/ou repintadas.

A picture of the stranded Micra quickly gained traction on social media and leaves us with more questions than answers. Anyone with their head screwed on correctly would be able to see from 50 feet away that the gap between these two walls would be a tight squeeze for even the smallest of vehicles but evidently, the driver didn’t notice and continued to drive forward until they couldn’t get any further."

A local publication by the name of Santorini Secrets reports that the rental car office that owns the vehicle was alerted to the incident. It also appears as though the person behind the wheel ditched the car and left on foot, seemingly having to climb out from the rear hatch while likely feeling more than a little embarrassed."

Obviously, the sides of the Nissan will have sustained some deep and ugly scratches but it’s not just the car that’s been damaged. The white walls that have helped make Santorini so famous will have also been damaged and may need to be repaired and/or repainted."
